Dear Mr. Barack Obama, President of
the United States of America; Mr. John Boehner
Speaker of the House; Mr. John G
Roberts Jr. Chief Supreme Justice. I am writing
you today as a demonstration for freedom in the history of Ecuador before this
great nation.
When in the year 2007 I
investigated and wrote the book “Conspiracion en Latin America” I was hoping, it
will help prevent, what I was afraid was the culmination of project Condor and
Camelot. Two projects conducted by the CIA to create its own Manchurian
candidate, and its own socialist system to control other nations. I was afraid that a sinister plan of
controlling a nation by controlling a Trojan horse was being unleashed in
Ecuador. I predicted back then that my book will be ignored and yet I was
positive that everything I said was going to happen. The fact is that what I
had predicted in 2007 has happened accurately as if would have written after
the fact, but the book has been available on amazon.com since then and I have
not altered or edited.
Never before in history has “a
socialist president” been paraded before Americans in great American
institutions, as Rafael Correa was been given the opportunity in Harvard, Yale
and Columbia University. Never before, the United States of America has
remained silent before a dictator’s injustices and corruption has run wild in
its own country. Yet Mr. Barack Obama has remained silent before the most
corrupt, crooked and wicked government in Latin America. As a matter of fact
people are being told that Ecuador is a clear example of progress, development
and of an economic miracle. But the socialism XXI model has raped democracy
before your eyes. In 2008 Correa destroyed a freely elected Congress and the
USA said nothing. A handpicked assembly enacted rules and laws portrayed as
democratic, even though those laws were enacted by members of one single party.
Later Correa destroyed the Supreme Court of Ecuador and the USA said nothing.
Later Correa put together his own custom made national court with incompetent
members, and the United States remained silent. It took away freedom of expression and simply took
by decree over two hundred companies claiming to be used to repaid investors,
even though some companies for years had changed owners and some barely had 10%
investment of the people Rafael Correa accused of any crimes. Socialism XXI wrote its own constitution and models
it to its own will. Rafael Correa claimed that if a theft was for less than
five hundred dollars then it will not prosecute. The Farc guerrillas from
Colombia simply push back the border line and Correa even gave them dual
citizenship so he can get more votes. Cuban an Venezuelan sicarios have worked and
Ecuador and killed people that disappear or get killed and since Correa
controls now 90% of the press, radio and TC stations then the long list of
crimes an irregularities are not coming out. So he has been invited to lie freely
and invited by American institutions. Only a few days ago Rafael Correa stood
in Harvard University and said that if “someone disagrees with his government
they will have to wait for the end of his term to express their opinion.” I
happen to disagree and I am not going to wait and I am not going to stop. Rafael Correa dismissed with a hand a letter
from members of Congress of the United States as a “disrespectful letter trying
to damage his trp.”
Therefore, as an Ecuadorian
citizen that came to this country at the age of 18, driven by my faith and
believe in the principles of freedom and democracy, and in the American constitution.
As a naturalized American Citizen, that has sworn before the flag and the
constitution of the United States of America to exercise my duty to fight for
freedom and democracy, and to uphold the principles under which this great nation
was founded. I must raise my voice for
the people of Ecuador. My people, as I was born in Ecuador, and I am writing to
the members of the Senate and Congress who work in the building that is
mandated to write the law of the land, to ask the President of the United
States; the members of the Senate and Congress, and the Supreme Court of The
United States of America that I feel is our duty and respect for the constitution
that must uphold the principles of democracy, to carry out an investigation to
find out if socialism XXI is, as I believe, ”a covert plan to control Ecuador and
its resources” and other nations. If that is the case, I am asking the
president, Congress and the Supreme Court to issue an order to cease and desist
those forces that control socialism XXI as it is being carried out as a plan of
PNAC, the CIA or NSA. I believe that Ecuador is being set up to be
destroyed as a nation. Every single institution is being controlled by a
dictatorship in Ecuador. A massive debt is being set up to impoverish the
nation. At the present a debt of 24,4% has already being incurred and with $9.239 million dollars that is being requested in loans this year, it will
surpass 30% of debt. By the year 2017 Correa will surely amount a debt of over 60% of Ecuadorian GDP making it an insolvent country. In fact the debt can easily reach even eighty percent. The fact that Ecuador is dollarized and the Federal Reserve issues the
dollar and dictates economic policy of Ecuador, and the fact that 24.4% of debt
rest in the hands of China represents a clear and present danger to economic
stability. It is not only for Ecuador but for the American people as Americans
in the end become responsible for every dollar issue for the omnipotent FED. There
is no such freedom of expression in Ecuador and members of its own assembly are
being jailed for expressing a difference of opinion. Yet the United States says
nothing. If the United States is the
leader of freedom and democracy then it must serve as a great beacon light of
hope to millions of people around the world who had been seared in the flames
of withering injustice. I am here, before you to say shame in the United States
if we are still playing to be master puppeteers and are pulling the strings of
the Trojan horses in Latin America. Yet we remain silent before injustice,
before dictators and have the audacity to parade them in Harvard and Yale as
great examples of economic growth. Pathetic lies when Correa economic program
spends the entire income tax of Ecuador in its bureaucracy. It amount to a
father spending all its money in paying the maids that serve him. Absurd lies
when Correa has mortgaged 90% of Ecuadorian oil to the Chinese. Stupid lies
when Correa has spent billions upon billions in constant propaganda, videos
postings in you tube and weekly conferences filled with lies.
Let us not make a secret anymore
that The World Bank, The IMF and the several Intelligence Agencies of the
United States have used covert actions to impoverish those nations. At the
chore of Ecuador case is the 26 tons of gold being held by The Federal Reserve
in the Central Bank of Dallas. The Federal Reserve is an independent
institution of the United States that was created by Congress and mandated “to
operate only within United States borders” Yet they offered a dollarization
scheme to Ecuador claiming that the country was about to become insolvent when
their debt reached close to 30% of GDP. Yet nobody in Congress has said
anything and I have not knowledge if Congress approve for the Federal Reserve
to carry out such dollarization scheme in Ecuador. There has never being a vote to authorize the
Federal Reserve to operate outside USA borders and therefore the dollarization
of Ecuador is illegal, they had to change the mandate under which congress
created the FED. If such is the case the
dollarization scheme was not only illegal but the Central bank of Dallas should
return the tons of gold to Ecuador, and paid for the country to have its own
currency just to cover damages. Needless to say that it charge a huge amount
and devalued the money of Ecuador at the time.
The United States of America has
a government debt close to 18 trillion dollars. Its debt is bigger than its GDP
because if we combine government, state, municipal, commercial, Industrial,
Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac and credit card debt we are talking about a debt so
massive that the world will crumble at the true number of the true debt. The true number could easily surpass 500 trillion dollars. We had crippled our economy and we had taken
away the rights of our own citizens. We have lost the manufacturing ability and
exported the know-how of even our defense weapons. We have amassed such massive
debt and exported such debt, deficit and inflation as investment to other
countries. We have kept our printing presses running at the tune of two hundred
million dollars an hour. Yet we spent billions spying on our own people, some
of which are the very same members of congress and the senate. We must wonder
if they are not being manipulated, blackmailed and controlled by the master
puppeteers. Those same people that play behind the veils of “national security”
and rape democracy for the sake of spying and controlling the backyard while violating
the human, civil and economic rights of anyone who may oppose “their PNAC plan” that has continued to bring poverty to
the rest of the world, in the midst of a
vast ocean of material prosperity in the United States. Those are the same
people who control socialism XXI. We have used devaluation schemes to lend
money and soon enough devalue the currencies of countries to triple and
quadruple their debts. I came to this country because I believed in the
constitution and the principles of this great nation. I feel defrauded because
the United States is nothing but a lie if we continue carrying out projects
such as socialism, Projects such as is Condor, Camelot, Ultra etc. I have lived
in the United States for 32 years and find myself an exile from the country I
was born because I cannot possibly come back, and remain silent before such
corruption and violation of the laws, when Correa has a national court that is
composed of his unqualified minions and will pass millions of punishment under
whatever charges maybe his fancy. I am an exile in my new country because I
cannot remain silent before these shameful acts by the United States such as
project Condor and project Camelot and the obvious culmination of those
projects as Socialism XXI. Shameful chapter if it is the form that we are
controlling those nations of Venezuela, Ecuador and others. Otherwise it is
rather impossible that the United States could have remained in silence before
such corrupt presidents as Chavez, and Correa. It is impossible that a
socialist president could be paraded in Yale and Harvard unless those so called
socialist are our agents, our own Trojan horses.
In a sense I am writing to the
representatives of our nation to demand an explanation, why do we commit fraud.
The United States is a fraud if we are
promoting socialism XXI as the tools to carry out sinister plans to control
those nations. I am writing to the heirs
of architects of our republic who wrote the magnificent words of the
Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. This great nation was created
with the most important promise that a government can make to its citizens and which
every American was to fall heir. The promise that all men, would be guaranteed
the "unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of
Happiness." It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promise.
Instead of honoring this sacred
obligation, America is driving itself to its own economic destruction by doing
nothing about the Federal Reserve, and doing nothing about the evils that we
have unleashed in the world by carrying out corrupt projects such as Condor,
Camelot, Ultra, Simpatico and socialism XXI.
We cannot continue swimming in an
ocean of injustice and we cannot sit waiting for the bankruptcy of the United
States of America. We as the leaders of the free world and owners of the
currency of trade in the world are about to bankrupt the entire world economy. We as citizens that sworn an oath must not
allow the moral, the economic and social bankruptcy of this nation. I refuse to believe that Americans are the
leaders of thieves, liar’s cheaters and are leading corruption. I am here to
ask that we all demand from our government the riches of freedom and the
security of justice for all men and women of the world. In the least we must
just respect the sovereign rights and stay out of it. Correa has of course
claimed repeatedly that he is against the empire, but it is obviously merely
posturing to create the image of being a true socialist, when in fact he is
nothing but the puppet. The mere fact is that it is rather impossible that a
three month minister in economics could emerge with a political party, a government
platform, a clear plan to control a nation and the political apparatus,
propaganda and control of a nation unless the CIA was behind it all, including
the so called CIA conspiracy to kill him, which only gives him credibility. In
fact the CIA could easily control all such information and could not possibly
make such mistake.
We have an economic emergency and
the urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of political
discourse and demagoguery of promises. Now is the time to make real the
promises of democracy for all countries. Shame of what is happening in
Venezuela and we do nothing about it. Shame what has been happening in Ecuador
and we do nothing about it. Why? Because socialism XXI was created as project
Condor and Camelot. Socialism XXI is the culmination of dirty policies and
disgusting plans to control those countries and its resources. The clever manipulation of loans from China
and now they will transfer the loans to the World Bank and the IMF. Soon enough
they will find ways to declare Ecuador insolvent and the Federal Reserve will
claim it must be destroyed as a nation. The game has been set up and the Trojan
Horse Rafael Correa has delivered. He has been paraded in Yale and Harvard as a
Doctor in economics, although he can barely pronounce “gullible” he pronounced
it as golibol. I for one I am not as
gullible and do not belief he even attended such University. Correa has been
probably promised a professorship in one of those institutions as Jamil Mahuad
was given after leaving the country in dire straits.
Now is the time to rise to the
true leadership of this great nation and star anew in a path of true justice and
respect for freedom and democracy. Now is the time to lift our nation from the economic
stupidity of printing dollars with no intention to repay just because we can
keep the printing presses on. Now is the time to assume responsibility and stop
the bankruptcy of the nation and the world. Now is the time to be a true leader and act with
the principles upon which this nation was created and the true brotherhood that
true friends and nations should share to walk together to economic prosperity. Now is the time to make justice a reality for
all of God's children. It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency
of the moment.
America is on the brink of
disaster and our citizens will have a rude awakening if the nation continues to
act as an ostrich and keeps its head buried in a hole of business as usual. We
are about to experience a new August 28, 2008 when the nation collapsed by the
inaction and the incompetency of a president that knew little and did less. And
there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America if we allow the Federal
Reserve to keep printing forfeited dollars and to just pass “the I owe you
napkin” to the rest of the world. When the rest of the world is about to awaken
to the reality, that is has been lied and such promise to pay is meaningless,
and if they refuse our conditions they will be happily given a missile as their
thank you note. The tragedy is that such collapse will shake the foundations of
world stability and peace and no democracy will survive and threatens the
collapse of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
So I must raise my lonely and
powerless voice before those that are part of the palace of justice and stand
in the name of Ecuadorian people and the citizens of the world. I have come to
realize that American Citizenship means nothing at all, because neither the
president, nor any of the representatives in Congress, nor the Supreme Court listen
to its citizens. So I must quote Martin Luther King when he said “We must not
be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom
by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our
struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our
creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must
rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.” I am hoping that my people will exercise
their right of freedom of expression and by peaceful demonstration signed a
petition to remove President Rafael Correa from Office for violation of the
constitution of Ecuador and for committing treason against the nation of
Ecuador.
I am fully aware of the military
might of the United States. I am also aware that the CIA, NSA or some other
intelligence agency may “eliminate” those voices of reason and simply find me
“persona no grata” and shipped to Guatanamo, under fabricated lies or send me to
meet my maker. But I ask my people not resort to violence and not to distrust
all “Americans” : as I am an American, My son is an American, my whole family
is American and there are many of our brothers and sisters, as evidenced by so
many American citizens of Ecuadorian descent. One day I am hoping that all
citizens come to realize that their destiny is tied up with the destiny of all
countries. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably
bound to our freedom.
There are those who will question
my intentions. I am a poor writer, builder and self employed inventor. But my
own ears heard Cuban sicarios claiming that they had concluded business
eliminating some people the Correa government deemed enemies of the state. I carried
out my research and wrote my book in 2007 and was ignored and by the most part
I remain silent. I cannot sit and ignored the fact that the Supreme court of
Ecuador was destroyed in a so called
national court was establish with people faithful to Correa and pass as
judgment whatever he desires. I cannot
remain silent before unspeakable horrors of police brutality in Venezuela and
Ecuador. I cannot remain silent when the debt in Ecuador is being manipulated
to be so massive, that the country will disappear as a nation and will become
another Venezuela. I refuse to remain
silent when Correa is being paraded as a great example of economic achievement,
when he conducts an unsustainable economic program that spends all income taxes
of Ecuador just to support his huge bureaucracy. Correa has mortgage the entire
oil of the country to China until 2020. The debt alone for this year will be
close to ten billion dollars which if it remains that high for the next years
of government will become the insolvency of the country, which will bring the
complete destruction of Ecuador as a nation. I am not willing to remain silent
any longer because everything I predicted in my book conspiracy has happened as
if had foreseen the future. http://conspiracionsocialsimoxxi.blogspot.com/2014/04/capitulo-i-publicado-originalmente-2008.html
Our founding father said that what
is stated in the constitution: "We hold these truths to be self-evident,
that all men are created equal." So all I am asking is for the United
States to honor those words. We cannot promote governments that carry out injustice
as a seal of pride, that use oppression as the means to silent opposing voices.
We cannot sell freedom and justice and yet fail in our character as a nation. I
am also sending my own economic plan for Latin America and I believe it could
help in several ways.
Sincerely Yours

for Latin America

South America needs a radical change that will
allow real progress in every front: economic, commercial, industrial, and
agricultural and tourism development is much needed. The absurd experiment of
Socialism XXI has run its course with the complete collapse of the Venezuelan
economy. The massive debt of Ecuador has mortgage 90% of Ecuadorian oil and the
entire income tax of Ecuador barely covers payment for its huge bureaucracy. Ecuadorian
debt will be equal to 30% of its GDP at the year of 2017. Venezuela and Ecuador
will lose their sovereignty and become insolvent at this pace of debt. The lies that portrayed Chavez and now Correa
as a miracle of economic growth are much too evident. I was deadly accurate in
all my predictions in my book
“Conspiracy in Latin America " published in 2007.
A development plan of the
continent must include a comprehensive plan of cooperation for integral
development of all American countries. To this end we need to make an
investment in development through an agreement between all Latin countries.
After doing so an agreement must be pursued with the same purpose with the
United States, European and Asian countries. The objectives are as follows:
1) Build a railroad network that
will cover all Latin American countries. A network of communication and
transport, not only to serve as a massive initiative to create jobs through
infrastructure building but such mutual cooperation among all participant
countries will allow the growth of industry, trade, tourism, and communication
between all countries. From Mexico to Chile. Fig 1
2) The opening of such markets
will be able to achieve the same function as European trains are in the trade,
industry and tourism in Europe. The railroad network will allow integration of
the economies, further cooperation in all industries and will trigger a new era
of tourism.
3) The agreement would allow
building trains to transport products and even a line of super railroads with
the cooperation of the United States, Canada, Japan and China.
4) The development of this
project will increase employment in all sciences and thousands of civil,
electrical, and industrial engineers. All professional organizations could
establish a system of mutual cooperation with their colleagues from other
countries, not only by exchanging knowledge and experiences but working
together for the development of all countries. Employment will grow
exponentially and labor will be available. All companies in the entire
continent will be helped.
Fig 1
5) The agreement would aim to
create an expansion of trade and industry development between North America,
Asia and Latin America, to that end the ports of San Lorenzo in Esmeraldas
Ecuador and Manta in Ecuador as points of import and export from Asia. So all the
South American countries can send their products to be exported from Ecuador
and all Asian products can be distributed from Ecuador. The reason is that
transporting everything to one single country could provide many benefits.
Ecuador benefits of ocean currents on the Pacific Ocean and the Amazon River on
the other side, and several navigable rivers allow rapid transport of all
products. The benefit is huge for countries like Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina,
Paraguay and Bolivia because the prices and time of export will be reduced
considerably, and therefore cost could be reduced from much needed products for
industries, as well as products that could be exported to Asia from Latin
countries that because of length of time were not exported before. Large Super
Cargo ships can come loaded from China and unload completely in Ecuador and
other small cargo ships will take over the distribution and through the
railroad things can be shipped directly to several cities from the ports,
reducing all kinds of logistics of transport and cost. To that end opening
ports of Napo and Aguarico could allow such trade directly through the Amazon
River. Hence the construction of a railroad line between Manta-Ibarra and Napo
could allow transport of all Brazilian products.
6) Part of the agreement should
be: to allow a reduction of tax tariffs in exchange of all the necessary loans
from North American and Asian countries to be able to make this investment.
This allows all industries to be promoted and such move will create jobs that in
turn will drive development. That in turn creates consumers, as there will be
millions of people employed and thus people that perceive a constant salary
become consumers, thus propelling trade; Tourism from Latin countries can also
be expected; While, Latin America will enter a new era of cooperation and
development.
7) Countries that are party to the agreement
to facilitate mutual cooperation should "stabilize" prices of tariffs
on all countries to allow fair trade product, setting the same rate will increase
trade and any losses resulting from the reduction of tariffs tax will be offset
with the huge increase in trade volume.
8) The members of the trade
treaty could benefit from cooperation and development between all countries,
which can ignite their economies and industries.
9) The members of the treaty
could agree to create a fair system of investment for the purpose and with the
aim of motivating that wealth reaches all members investing at least 15 % in
shares of corporations are permitted locally. In other words the companies
involved in infrastructure could be required to sell 15% of shares to
investors. In the cases where they set up subsidiaries a company could be
establish with 15% of central government investment, 15% of investment from the
local government, 21% of Local investors and 49% of foreign investors. Thus if companies
and governments, while foreign investors and local investors participate it
will create the right balances to create the new capitalism where basically all
members of society and the countries, companies and industries come together
and create enough check and balances to share wealth, cooperation and wealth.
The benefit will be for all. At the
same time Companies should and could be allowed up to 7.9 % of corporate profits
to be delivered in the form of dividends to its investors. The benefit will be
for people to benefit from the growth of companies. Allowing the investment
share of the people in these infrastructure projects and the profits, entails
establishing a new trade center in Ecuador where all companies can exchange
stock and investments. Developing progress and allowing people to benefit of
their development and not just paying their governments who often have fallen
prey to corruption.
10) The members of the trade
agreement could undertake to maintain a reciprocal and fair way to give hiring
priority to Latin American Companies in infrastructure rather than yield and
award contracts to multinationals from other countries not in the agreement.
This plan could serve promoting cooperation, employment and professional
development of our countries. If the World Bank of IMF truly wants to make
amends and honor the reason why it was created it should finance this project
for 0.5% loans.
To this end several projects
could allow an organized development of cooperation to create a better South
American economic system. It is expected that these projects can be implemented
in the long term, but to be put in motion as immediately as possible.
a) Promote electrification
projects using renewable technologies with hybrid centers. New technologies
could allow creating centers of Renewable Energy with wind, hydro, solar and
geothermal energy. This could allow small projects to provide electricity
without causing further harm to the environment.
b ) To promote biodiesel
refineries throughout Latin America. The advantage is enormous for South
American nations. Many countries’ economies are still based on agriculture,
every year; millions of hectares are wasted by pests, causing heavy losses to
farmers. But with the creation of biodiesel refineries is to give a giant step
to use oil burned by cars, oil and butters produced by restaurants that should
be recycled and combined with ethanol produced out of plants, vegetables,
fruits that otherwise would be wasted and may be purchased from farmers at a basic price. It could literally save
hundreds if not millions of farmers as it will provide some protection to their
investment when pest destroy their crops.
c ) Promote cooperation in
projects in all multinational trading, creating in every participating country
trade Malls style "outlet " to allow trade in textiles, fashions,
styles, pottery etc. of all Latin American countries and much needed trade
shows of new technologies, machinery and equipment from the United States,
Canada, European countries and Asian countries. To this end the members of the
agreement should establish special rates. The IVA taxes should become lower
helping the consumers and lowering inflation, and purchases in such malls and
trades should be free of taxes to increase commerce and tourism.
d ) Enable and set Latin American
GOLD and SILVER coins to be properly minted and recognized by members of the
trade agreement to be able to provide cushion to their citizens of the probable
collapse of the US dollar. It is only proper that the enormous wealth in
natural resources of Latin American countries should be allowed to back up
their currencies. Specially, since such trade agreement main objective is to
increase commerce, industry, tourism and development in production of oil, gas
reserves, etc. Unfortunately, the wealth of minerals as are gold, silver, uranium,
among other are opposed by the local community because they cannot see and
advantage of doing it. But if allowed to purchase their own gold could make
their citizens eager to lower the barriers to have and possess their own silver
and gold. To this end let each participant in the agreement country set its own
gold coins and to make them available to its citizens so invest in gold and
silver could truly PROTECT people from the eventual collapse of the dollar. Of
course the United States could finally put the Federal Reserve in bankruptcy
and allow the world to restructure the economy by regaining the power to issue
its own money and allowing other nations to have a fix rate of their currencies
for at least ten years to stabilize the economies. (China has the Panda, Canada
the Maple and the United States the American Eagle) Our countries must
immediately create coins of one ounce of gold and one ounce of silver to absorb
the collapse of the dollar.
e) The incomparable beauty of all
types of ecosystems coast, mountains , jungle, desert islands make South
America one of the most beautiful places in the world and the potential to
increase tourism. Every Latin country has enormous potential and is worthy of
exploration as its mountains, beaches, forests are some of the richest floras
and faunas of the world making it a paradise for tourism. Thus the construction
of a railway system to join all our countries, while at the same time a system
of roads in each country could allow the exchange not only of products but to
boost tourism and trade, as never before between our brotherly countries .
f ) Participants of this
international agreement should allow professionals in all fields , particularly
in engineering to be employed freely by any member country without having to
obtain a visa immediately, so they can have at least six months of employment
without having to register as a resident. In other words, a kind of temporary
visa for professional cooperation among all countries that could immediately
boost knowledge, science, employment and the development of all our citizens
must be allowed.
Our Latin American countries
cannot continue to live in poverty when we can move together to a new economic
era. The key is cooperation and united we will be stronger. This is necessary
before an imminent collapse of the world economy by the enormous American debt
that exceeds 275 trillion. While the U.S. government is using accounting
mechanisms to claim that their debt is lower, once the debts of the Federal
government is added, debts of states, counties, municipalities, cities , school
districts, industrial and commercial debts, credit card debt, mortgage debt and
that the giant of all debts derivatives debts. All those debts mean the eminent
collapse of the economic system. The only reason it stays afloat is because the
Federal Reserve is the forger of the almighty dollar and they continue printing
without having any intention to pay their debt. Because let's face it, you just
cannot do it. We must speak the truth and be honest about it. The United States
pretend to cure its debt with lies or just ignoring it. Let us be honest, let
us fix the problems with honesty.
The solutions takes into account
both macroeconomic factors and microeconomic. International cooperation is a key.
A large investment from developed countries is needed. We must set the example
of development through bilateral agreements.
So my plan originates in five
important factors: The plan has actually been going on for years, when some
years ago I sent some suggestions to every president of every Latin American
country.
1) The population of China and India surpass 2.6 billion people. In
China alone is believed to exist now 300 million people with purchasing power,
said number of consumers is greater than the entire population of the United
States. Not to mention that all 1.3 billion Chinese consumers may be willing to
buy bananas, cacao and coffee. That can add another 2 billion to the people of
India, Malaysia, Taiwan and the Philippines. We can truly say “Ask not what
Asia can do for me but what can we do for Asia.”
2) The economic development of
China and India as the factories of the world is entering a phase of change;
they are not only producers but there is a growing demand for articles and
products by their growing numbers of "consumers."
3) China and Japan have positive
trade balance of 16.5 billion. India is growing as rapidly as China. These
economies were growing between 10% to 12 % annually, now have begun to
decelerate because they introduce more services. This has generated new
investment and markets are hungry, apart from a hasty demand for natural
resources.
4) All South American countries
need to develop new industries to replace the oil industry which quite possibly
can no longer export oil in ten years and will not have even for domestic
consumption in 15 years. Another key issue that is only wise to invest in
refineries of biodiesel as the best option to replace gas in an efficient
manner. Besides the fact that machinery needs large amounts of diesel, and far
from contaminating the environment, it actually helps clean the environment as
burn oil, old restaurant oil and ethanol from fruit and vegetables can be used
to create biodiesel.
5) All the countries need to buy
equipment for processing industries diversify food , beverages , vitamins,
herbs, oil products , mining , metals, medicine etc . ( millions of tons of
fruit rot in our countries are not processed ) machinery exists in Argentina
and Brazil and instead of importing from our neighbors we are still importing
from other countries. Huge metal production happens in Chile but no proper
trade and cooperation in metallurgical or industrial products.
The key solution is to perform
this integration agreement, investment, industrial development among all South
American countries and Asian countries. China and India as major producers of
all kinds of products, and therefore exporters of "manufactured products”.
They are at the same time the largest importers of raw materials and resources.
This makes all the Latin American countries buyers of Asian products, while all
Asian countries need the raw material, and is almost illogical that this
agreement has not been done before. China, India, Japan can only benefit of
investing in our countries. Such cooperation is mutually beneficial for all our
countries.
The small population of Latin
American countries compared to Asian populations makes another decisive factor;
we simply cannot hope to put pressure on China or India to change its business
practices. However, by uniting and making a considerable economic front then
the volume of trade, and the bilateral agreements help established an equal
playing field for imports and exports and we could be much more effective than
tax increases to punish China. Taxes are counterproductive. A case example is
Ecuador. The government imposed a 5 % tax under the pretext that capital could
escape the country, the only benefits is to the FED, because since Ecuador
imports more than it exports, all those purchases then are passed on to the
consumer and it causes inflation in Ecuador, as all products are affected and
become 5 % more expensive to buy, ends up feeding the black market and
smuggling of products that would enter by Colombia or Peru. Far from helping
Ecuador is benefiting Colombia en Peru from where all kinds of products are
entering and causes only the prices of goods of any country much more expensive
in Ecuador. Equally certain subsidies only feed corruption as with diesel
subsidy Ecuador where diesel is sold for $ 1.10, which benefits from two
dollars subsidized by the Correa government. No sooner diesel is received and
imported by Ecuador, when smugglers and traffickers would load up their tanks
with the $1.10 diesel in Ecuador and take it back to other countries where they
make an easy quick buck causing heavy losses to the country. The solution is to
establish standard measures, fair tariffs between our countries, allowing
international trade and take advantage of common ports to create a center for
imports and exports of South America that would reduce prices, increase trade,
industry and promote the development economic .
The reason why the trade
agreement is essential:
a) China and India need to
replace the United States as their larger consumer. The reality is that China
keeps buying USA securities although they know is broke (I know that definition
will be deemed disrespectful, but what do you call it when the USA has such
massive debt, sure some will still claim the USA is full of prosperity, well
stop the Federal Reserve of printing dollars and maybe that is true) just to keep their factories open China needs
to meet the growing demand for new products by the population of executives and
their families in Chinese and Indian companies. These new economic sectors of
all those new members of middle class in China have become consumers and
investors. So while Latin America needs development and industry, Asia needs
more food and raw materials. The USA needs to jump restart their economy and
this is the way to do it. Of course the most absurd thing that happens nowadays
is that the Federal Reserve can print trillions of dollars to cover losses and continue
the casino operation of Wall Street but cannot print dollars to finance this
project.
b ) To meet the needs of our
countries to obtain technological equipment for the production of new processes
and industries. It is suggested here that Ecuador creates a “trade zone” in
Manta where all machinery and products can be imported from Asia while at the
same time all products from South America can be exchanged and exported to
Asia. Because of the huge amounts of supply and demand and the benefits of all
kinds of logistics, then lower prices can be expected and lower tax tariffs
applied to the member of the trade agreement. Prices could be reduced
substantially and accessible at a reduced tax cost. In fact special car cost
agreements can be made to make cars truly affordable in Latin America. Apart
from the advantages in cost reduction, it means creating a center of import /
export and global distribution. The largest retailer in the world such as is
WAL-MART uses exactly this method to provide cheaper products in all the United
States and we either too dumb to use such simple concept or too radical in
ideology to follow proper business practices.
c ) The huge cargo ships that
transport resources and raw materials to Asia and bring products will benefit
by bringing products massively and returned loaded, reducing transport costs to
supply all South America and would be benefit to be fully loaded in one port.
Ideally, this port is the port of Manta in Ecuador and for petroleum and gas
should be the port of San Lorenzo. Asia would have huge benefits as the amount
of equipment that is needed to build the entire infrastructure across South
American is huge. While all countries can benefit from professional jobs that
would be created as each country follows their commitment in this trade
agreement. I am hopeful that each country takes upon to improve of this ideas
and I am hopeful they will use its best minds for the consolidation of this
plan.
The expansion of Manta, San
Lorenzo on the pacific coast of Ecuador and the expansion of the ports of Napo and
Aguarico is necessary. The railway between Manta and Napo, roads,
bridges to joint such railways and highways will generate huge employment in
Ecuador in the immediate term. The same will happen in all participants as they
initiate their part of this agreement. Asia can provide the loans needed for
the project to be carried across the country together.
A REGIONAL INTEGRATION agreement for mutual
benefits among all countries.
d ) Brazil would save billions in
costs of exports and imports of their products, and it will cut the time
significantly for products from and to Asia ( possibly three weeks)since it
takes cargo ships traveling around the continent and the time of the Panama
Canal, which in addition will save in fuel and therefore help in protecting the
environment. If all Brazilian products travel through a port on the Napo River,
later though train to Manta and then Asian ports, time is considerably reduced.
On the other hand pipelines in Brazil, Peru, Bolivia could perhaps be
integrated as roads for oil and gas. While Bolivia could supply its fabulous
gas resources to others in need for their industries or for export to other
countries. Thus, creating the possibility of transnational pipelines between
countries.
e) The benefits for Ecuador are
very significant as they can import and export their products through the
Amazon River and then African and European markets and logically to Brazil.
Increasing cooperation and increasing their exports as prices could also be
reduced..
f ) Bolivia , Uruguay and
Paraguay do not have ports to the Pacific and it would be easier to send
everything to Ecuador on a plane and eventually in a train system . This would
lead to the creation of the first South American interconnected network of
trains, which would increase trade and tourism among all countries and will
help to achieve regional integration. Thousands of Latin American citizens can
visit each other, and even college students could participate in regional
competitions, professional organizations can cooperate to integrate education
and knowledge. Also everything could be imported via Ecuador and then shipped
by air to other countries significantly cutting import costs and therefore help
their economies and motivate investment in new industries.
g ) Venezuela , Peru , Bolivia
could send both oil and gas through a system of international pipelines and
multinational cooperation. So cargo ships from China and India could be loaded
in Ecuador for the easiest export of their products.
h ) All South American countries
need to export products to Asia and Australia and the right thing to do is
through Ecuador which could become the Hong Kong of South America providing
import and export services . Only then we could continue justifying dollarization
as a means to facilitate international trade, together with a stock exchange
where all countries could invest and attract foreign investment more easily.
i ) To facilitate the import and
export that Ecuador needs to build a highway north and south attach the center
of the country , preferably a highway gather all major cities. This well had
already suggested in my previous plans. In my previous suggestions since 2005
had promoted the expansion of the port of Manta and San Lorenzo , will reopen
train Ibarra to San Lorenzo , construction of highways between major cities ,
that has already been built we are ready for the next phase .
j ) The adaptation of the ports
of Manta and San Lorenzo so they can receive the huge cargo ships from China
and India, combined with the airports that could receive all the products to
and from other countries. This can be done with the cooperation of Latin
American companies. It is shameful that far from putting our people to work
massive sums have been given to multinational companies and quite often it has
end up in disastrous building projects that cannot be used, some hydro dams
come to mind.
k ) Two rail lines that come
together at the port of Manta , Cuenca , Zamora and Napo for easy transport of
minerals and metals. While another railway line to gather Manta, San Lorenzo,
Ibarra, Quito and Napo, said railroad to carry and bring products from
Ecuadorian ports to ports on the Napo. That could be combined with the rail
networks in all countries.
l ) The huge investment needed
for such infrastructure projects, technology, transport and energy could allow
a huge investment from all countries and a stock exchange is needed. China
needs to invest and this would allow them to avoid huge risk in billions of
dollars in holdings is dollars reserves. Although Ecuador does not have some of
the infrastructure needed it could greatly benefit to all nations and all
Companies from China, India, Brazil, Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru,
Uruguay, Chile that would be involved as they facilitate trade and bring
progress and international cooperation to levels never before seen in South
America. A new level of international cooperation is needed to justify the
Investment in South America.
The reality is that United States is broke;
its debt is easily 275 trillion. The U.S. is spending 200 million dollars an
hour, and just to keep things afloat are printing 85 billion dollars a month,
just 45 billion to pay interest. Yet the government does not have the willpower
to do something about the Federal Reserve as the only solution should be to
place the central banks of the United States in bankruptcy, all monetary
systems of the world should be frozen in a fixed figure for about five years to
achieve stability and avoid economic collapse that no doubt will be triggered
by the collapse of the dollar that is becoming insolvent day by day and the
tragedy that will be unleashed by September of this year when the U.S. cannot
pay its huge debts in securities, far from hiding behind such an obvious truth Latin
countries should have the courage to take steps to restructure the global
economy. To avoid this issue is a shameful action and amount to a treasonous
act by their governments.
Investment and international
cooperation are necessary for such decisions are essential for the progress of
the whole South American continent. Our countries are indeed kidnapped right
now with "Trojan Horses" that have been passing laws that claim to be
“socialists” but are mere pretext for the global elite to build the infrastructure
with the resources of the country while expensive loans and oil or mineral
guarantees are taken away with the clear objective to prepare the nations to be
stolen of all resources and wealth. But every leader should make his nation and
its sovereign right the only priority. South America cannot continue to
struggle against poverty, against imperialism goals and to be played as pawns
of world powers. But above all we can no longer be paralyzed by the disease of
political demagoguery struggling among compatriots, arguing failed ideologies
and we achieve nothing. We cannot afford to continue failed policies and absurd
social experiments that create unsustainable economic programs where the new
burocracies consume all the taxes perceived by countries and will only achieve
to keep us underdeveloped. It is time to join our forces and through mutual
cooperation of sister nations allow the development of our people. Such
cooperation would enable the international exchange in education, cooperation
in medical sciences and in all fields. Cooperation in hybrid plants will
produce clean electricity, power generation with wind turbines and solar power,
and hydro power, and geothermal power.
The world is facing new
challenges. The same area of the Amazon and the Amazon River rely on Ecuadorian
glaciers and the number of rivers that flow from the Chimborazo, Cotopaxi,
Cayambe, Antisana, Illinizas, Sangay, Reventador, etc is what makes the most
affluent rivers such as Napo, Putumayo, Aguarico , Pastaza, Tigre, Zamora,
Machinaza , Santiago and many more rivers that make the Amazon river. But those
glaciers are losing volume and melting away year by year. Therefore though this
cooperation we should establish a goal to plant at least five million trees in
every country as a counterbalance of cooling off the earth and plating trees is
vital to clean air and the avoidance of dangerous levels of carbon toxins.
Otherwise, in the future we will experience less rain and therefore in the term
of twenty years we could experience a drastic reduction of the forest and
global warming will melt those glaciers and the water level of the Amazon. For
those who believe that this is impossible, they should know that Lake Chad in
Africa and pretty close to the equator has disappeared.
Once again geographic position
and physical laws on our planet makes the situation even worse. The Equator
bulge makes Ecuadorian mountains to be closer 21 kilometers closer to the sun.
In fact there is a difference of 42 Kilometer between the diameter on the equator
and between the north and south poles. There should be a study of this
phenomenon because while glaciers Ecuadorian mountains melt we could see a
temporary increase in the volume of water in the Amazon but then there may be a
huge drop in the volume of water (less volume of glaciers, less volume of water
to the Amazon) which requires an urgent plan to plant millions of trees in the
mountains and national parks (I've also created a plan for it) Ecuador has
assigned protection zones but without the same international cooperation they
are being neglected .
Ecuador enjoys a strategic
geographical position both with respect to the South American continent and in
the world. There are these factors to be taken into account:
Ecuador has access to the Amazon by
several rivers, but the most important are the Rio Napo, and Pastaza, and
Aguarico. These are conducive to create ports and facilities for international
trade.
The Pacific Ocean and its two
major currents: El Niño and Humbolt are off the coast of Ecuador, the ocean
currents make navigation faster for large and small ships.
The coasts of Ecuador are
conducive to two major ports such as San Lorenzo and Manta.
Thanks to the proposed plan all
our countries can share a large investment from the United States, China and
Asian countries. However, it is also very important that such investment would
not allow the rules of Breton Woods affect this investment. The currencies of
all countries should actually be allowed to remain at a fix rate and not
allowed to be devalued. An agreement between all countries involved should be
put in place that such “manipulation by the World Bank of the IMF no longer can
be allowed” It has been far too long the way that they have double and triple
national debts. To allow such manipulation will derail the investment and bring
upon poverty and the increase in national debt. This investment must benefit
all nations because it leads to job creation and progress within a framework of
justice and peace, and cooperation. Trade, tourism, integration and employment
generation will take our nations to equitable development and a better society.
Therefore we cannot allow old accounting trickery and thievery of external
forces to derail such trade treaty between Latin America and its partners. Only
the huge increase in tourism and development, employment and trade (imports and
exports between our countries) will offset the lower tariff rates for products
and this will lower prices and bring down inflation considerably. We must fight
head on the inflationary effects that tax tariffs and protectionism cause.
These savings could represent billions of dollars for each nation. China and
India need resources and countries like Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia and
Venezuela, Paraguay, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador are so rich in certain
subjects that it would benefit from all industries. The same could be said of
Asian products that are needed to improve industry in our countries.
While some countries may still
claim to the farce o socialism XXI aka project Camelot, Condor, Simpatico, etc.
Such socialism has the only goal to impoverish the nations and serves its
masters to create massive debts and huge expenditures. We must create a new
system based in cooperation, in investment of the people, by the people and for
the people. We must eradicate from Latin America such failed policies and
experiments and as an act of conscience we must do what is right for our
countries. Ask not what socialism can do for you, asked what we can do to
improve our society. Ask not what the governments can do for their citizens but
what the citizens can do to change their countries. Ask not what your ideology
or mine could be but what we all can do together regardless of politics and
ideology. We must take control of our countries and we must stop believing in
this false systems imposed by the elites and bankers. We can lead our countries
to a new era of progress and development and this can be the beginning.
