Great nations have relied on the great minds of their scientist and entrepreneurs to create business models and progress that have served as the catalyzer of incredible and world-changing development. However, seldom have we been challenged to serve not only our own national interest alone but to work and serve for the common good of humanity and the entire world, beyond our own personal interests.

 

I believe that I have created the plan that could become the catalyzer to change the future of humanity and the entire world. We literally must save the world. The plan has been conceived in the hope to save the planet from sea levels rising and the devastating effects of global warming where a serious possibility that glaciers may disappear, rivers will run dry, and heat waves will cause massive droughts while it will destroy agriculture and commerce. My plan is a combination of knowledge and years of research, inventions, and patents that could lead to a better future.

 

My plan is a whole new economic, government and development system based on fair and equitable principles that will be driven by science and not ideology nor the strategic or economic interest of one single nation, but the guiding principle to save our entire planet from sea levels rising and global warming.

 

Undoubtedly, it will change the nations in dramatic ways. I will try to enumerate in as much detail as possible. However, each facet is so extensive that it could take an entire book to detail the entire plan. I am hoping to create the company to launch these ambitious projects and the foundation to educate the communities in what could become the largest project to unite humanity, second only to tackling the pandemic. I am hoping that great entrepreneurs and leading polluter nations like China, the United States, and other countries will contribute monetarily as I worked towards convincing governments, international institutions, and investors of the importance of this project. Nothing can be done without the participation of everyone. I have also copyrighted and patented the ideas so I will appreciate that these ideas are shared in the proper context of respecting those copyrights and at least for now with those in charge of making decisions.

 

The plan is to save the world.

The sea levels have been rising at a faster pace than ever before in the last five years. Whether we blame global warming or any other reason, such as chemtrails, HRRP, weather manipulation, and the Industrial revolution by the world economic forum. It is undeniable that ever-shrinking glaciers and the melting of the Antarctic are like an avalanche with the capacity to destroy entire cities and the way of life on the entire planet. The reality is that we need to confront the sea levels rising. All coastal cities such as New York. Miami, Washington DC could be suffering massive flooding in a near future with catastrophic consequences for the United States and other nations. Meanwhile, other places will literally have rivers dry up. I believe that the solution is within our reach if we work together to make it a possibility.

 

The solution is to bring back and recreate several massive lakes in the Sahara with points of the entrance with hybrid desalinization plants and solar energy at those gateways. The Sahara as the largest desert in the world expand through twelve nations that can help the world and receive enormous benefits through a partnership of European nations, the United States and Japan, and China with all the nations of Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Niger, Mali, Algiers, Libya, Chad, Sudan, Ethiopia, Egypt. Somalia.

 

I have already patented several inventions. From the filtration system. A unique combination of a desalinization plant and water purification combined with a new and sophisticated new solar energy plant. New anti-seismic bricks that speed up construction exponentially to 1/3 of the time. My patented system not only delivers clean and purified water but creates and stores electricity.

 At the same time, my projects will address several problems that the world is facing: the massive influx and immigration of Africans in Europe, so many engineers, doctors, and professionals can return and work in their home countries in this incredible project. Many large cities will face flooding, massive unemployment in every nation, loss of the petrodollar use and influence, hunger, poverty, etc. But the solution to all these issues is being offered with my plan.

 

My plan addresses some key issues directly but it also provides solutions indirectly to all the problems.

The Federal Reserve. The IMF, the World Bank, the Bank of International Settlements, and the European Bank can become the big winners. Literally, they can win tenfold by providing the financing. All the African nations will need to purchase bonds and securities to be able to sign contracts in dollars, euros, and yuan with the respective European, American, and Chinese companies. That will help nations to print bonds to make possible the financing. Nevertheless, this is a project to save the planet and for the benefit of all humanity so it will be reckless and inhumane to devalue their currencies as currently being done using the Bretton Woods agreement. The result is to cause massive inflation to force the globalist agenda of a One World government with one single currency to control everyone. It is time to diversify and not only trade with US dollars or more accurately with FED notes. The world cannot continue at the mercy of the Federal Reserve a private corporation and not part of the government of the United States as most people believe. All nations must provide funding and it will be preferable to avoid paying the12% the FED collects. But better yet this could be funded with even the creation of a new crypto coin “save the world” a crypto-backed up by a basket of commodities of the world.

 

To be able to manage sensibly and inequitable manner and avoid war, it could be wiser to sign a treaty where European firms and companies can manage a third of the project, Chinese companies another third, and American companies a third. Equally can be divided the funding and to control the massive inflation that could occur it will be wise to sign an agreement to keep the currencies of those nations at a fixed price. At the same time, it could be ideal to allow those nations to place gold, silver, and oil as reserves of their currencies. At the same time, all those nations must be provided technical assistance to create digital currencies and the infrastructure projects all over the new cities will be something as creating a new world. My desalinization and Energy project in Africa will jump-start the economies of all these nations. The availability of clean water will create massive opportunities for huge farms to plant from bananas, papayas, cacao, cafe, grapes, etc., and all kinds of fruits to the huge plantations of African palm. Olive plantations. Grapes and wines. African beer thanks to the availability of wheat. The availability of fruits and vegetables will require processing plants fruits and vegetables. That development in turn will. Bring back to Africa those people that are currently living in Europe. North America and other nations. My project involves building at least three solar/desalinization plants. One in the Atlantic Ocean either in West Sahara, Morocco, or Mauritania, the second in either Sudan, Ethiopia, or Somalia. The third should be either Morocco or Algiers. These desalinization and solar energy plants will be built as a cooperative effort and could be owned by shareholders of all the nations involved and by international investors. While cooperation and coordination of IMF and World Bank could be welcomed.

 

The population of China is 1.5 billion Chinese.

The population of India is 1.3 billion

Meanwhile, the population of the United States and all three of continents of Central and South America will be barely 10% of the population of the world. Africa may have even less.
