The United States is a nation of lies and ignorant people.
Yes, ignorant people, 54% are illiterate and hate other
countries and the current president keeps lying to them that those countries
take the kind and wonderful United States as "suckers" and he is sick and tired
of subsidizing those nations. That is beyond ignorance, and I must speak up.
So, it is not a surprise to me that so many dumb people are
claiming to be outraged at the corruption found at the USAID. The trouble stands
on both sides, those that defend the USAID and those that attack the USAID. Because
both sides lie, and no one tells the truth in the United States.
On paper, the USAID is the pillar of the kindness and good
heart of the United States. It is a lie like most things about the United
States. They claim to be an institution that helps other nations. The claim is
that USAID helps stabilize the region and improves relations between poor
countries and powerful corporations to “develop” uncivilized nations. The
benevolent rich country (the US dollar is broke and is worthless unless the $575 trillion of real us debt for you is valuable) only asks a
small little favor from the poor country, all they have to do is leave the door
open for the nice huge corporation to come in and do whatever the hell they want. Once the US corporation is free to do business as they
please, making huge profits out of the resource-rich parts of the “Poor Country”
that happens to be loaded with real wealth, not dirty paper but beautiful shiny
gold, silver, copper lithium, diamonds, and emeralds, which of course the
United States of American will pay 3% of royalties and steal everything else
and in exchange will leave piles of contaminated land for the enjoyment of the
people of the poor countries, and imagine Donald Motherf***ker Trump is
deporting in mass because the stupid peasants of the poor countries dare to
come to the United States because all their wealth was stolen, but Trump is
sick and tired of other countries taking advantage of poor stupid mango head Trump and all his ignorant followers. Yet his cult members believe
that Trump is right. Are you GDF kidding me?
But this is the blueprint of U.S. foreign aid.
Trump wants to wash his hands clean and so the son of the
devil, Elyon is claiming complete ignorance, he did not know about all that and
suddenly claims that he is as good as Cristopher Columbus and had discovered
that the USAID was doing all these awful things, wasting the beautiful paper
printed in the United States of America.
Now, it takes all the gluten in the world to claim you did
not know about the evil the CIA and USAID do in other countries. The history of
foreign aid in the United States goes back to the Marshall Plan and the Point
Four Program. The Marshall Plan, passed in 1948, was a foreign aid initiative
aimed at rebuilding Western Europe after World War II. It paved the way for large-scale
U.S. private sector investment in the region, removing trade barriers and
opening the European market to U.S. goods. Following this, President Harry
Truman proposed an international development assistance program in 1949, called
the Point Four Program. This had two goals: “(1) Creating markets for the U.S.
by reducing poverty (that is a big lie) and increasing production in developing
countries (that is another lie) ; (2) Diminishing the threat of communism by
helping countries prosper under capitalism.” (keep them poor so the USA can fuck
them, “reducing poverty” (increase the shit out of their debt) and “helping
countries” (place a puppet regime).
Several scandals and the killing of so many people forced the
CIA to operate with shadow corporations and eventually, they formed: the United
States Agency for International Development, or USAID. Formed on November 3,
1961, USAID became the country’s single agency “charged with foreign economic
development” around the world. John F. Kennedy, who oversaw this
transformation, described the birth of USAID in his message to Congress as an
obligation of the U.S. As Kennedy put it, this had three components. The U.S.
had: a moral obligation, economic
obligation, and political obligation.
Of course, the USAID’s early years, had to impress first, so
it focused on supporting other countries by removing obstacles for private
businesses—but over time, the line between USAID and those private businesses
has begun to blur. USAID’s strategy during the first few decades involved
creating an infrastructure within developing countries where private businesses
and U.S.-style market principles could thrive. This meant easing trade
regulations so Mosanto and companies that promoted pesticides that included
Atrazine, Flupyradifurone, Hexachlorobenzene, Glyphosate, Methomyl, and
Rotenone could be sold as wonderful products courtesy of Uncle Sam. Yet Orange
motherf***er is mad that these ungrateful people did not appreciate the
courtesy of the United States in poisoning the people and the fields, and that
they have wanted to prosecute for those particular hazards, bioaccumulation,
and damage to the water, soil, sediment, and for leaving such mess of toxicity
to aquatic organisms and toxicity to bees and the ecosystem. But all those
things were offered with loan guarantees to businesses, and many times those
loans had to be repaid several times over because the United States would
provide the loans and then devalue the currency, and by that mechanism, the poor
country ended up paying the loans several times. But according to Trump, he is
tired of other countries taking Americans for suckers? Excuse me?
Of course, USAID claimed that they were only helping and
promoting agriculture development programs that opened the markets of poor
countries to large agribusinesses. These policies were meant to benefit the
private sector, though corporate representatives were not actively involved in
deciding or implementing them. Of course, USAID sets up direct contracts with
those businesses to design and execute foreign development programs—programs
undertaken under USAID’s banner, with the purported support of the American
people that such a banner represents. But Elyon Musk did not know about any of
that, he just discovered it now.
You have to be devoid of common sense and border stupidity
and ignorance not to see that thanks to the USAID the private sector and
American companies benefitted from all that money and the big losers with
massive losses, and huge loans were the poor people it claims to help, so to be
honest with you Latin America must be jumping for joy and thank Elyon Musk and
the unfathomable ignorant conman that pretends to be the President of the United
States.
However, I am betting that all those senators on the payroll
of the GMO’s, Bechtel, Dupont, Halliburton, Coca Cola, McDonalds, will get back
on track and the USAID soon will be claiming to be back in business doing everything
they can to FUCK other countries.
